There was a question brought up at the board meeting on November 15, 2025 regarding the damage to the culvert on the back side of the lake.  As you can see, the responsiblity lies outside of the WCSD actual responsibility and therefore we have ability to take any action. However, as a courtesy we have informed the responsible party regarding the issue and as of now we have not heard back from them.
